Baseboards and crown molding
How much is a reasonable price for baseboards and crown molding installed in a 2000 sq ft. House? We are getting some quotes and I'm curious to see how much others have paid.

We live in LCOL and had all wood 5 inch baseboards installed throughout the house. We had to paint it ourselves which was done before it was installed. I think it was around $1,000 - our house is 2,500 square feet. As far as crown...we installed 12 inch crown in our dining room, again, painted it ourselves, and it was $500 but we also had a cornice box added around a big window. I think our other (bigger) rooms were about the same cost - also with cornice boxes but smaller crown (8 inches). Totally worth it, the new base immediately made the house feel so much cleaner (new doors helped too).
