Physicians formula TM Review and ?

So I tried out the Healthy Wear Tinted Moisturizer in Fair to Light, knowing it might be too dark for me... and it was at first, so I put it away until I got some sun, thinking it would be a good summer option since it has spf 50, and I burn easily.

Likes: it goes on light and smooth, blends well, doesn't look shiny

Dislike: too dark for most of the year, and I broke out!  I thought maybe the zits were stress/cycle related, so I put it away again until it all cleared up.  I used it on totally clear skin, washed it off that night, and woke up with a full face breakout.

So this one is out for me.

This week I've been trying Bare Minerals Natural Sunscreen, and my skin likes it... but it's only spf 30, and I think I'm wiping it off when I sweat (I sweat a lot, especially my upper lip and under my eyes).  I feel like I'm still burning.

Any other suggestions for sun protection that I could wear with or without make-up?  I use neutogena ultra sheer dry touch spf 45 on my arms and legs, but it feels a little heavy on my face, and I feel like it takes too long to dry if I want to wear make up over it.
