Moving in!!!!

We are looking at buying houses before we get married next year. we have found houses we really like and can afford but the problem is not having anything to move in. All we have is a bedroom,dresser,tv,and few other things. But as far as big things like kitchen table or living room things we don't have nor have that kind of money to buy right now. Plus we don't want to use credit card or anything. Does anyone have suggestions for us?

You'll get a lot of things as gifts when you get married. Until then check garage sales, auctions, craigslist, Goodwill, etc. Lots of awesome finds for dirt cheap if you are willing to do the legwork. Once you are in a better financial position you can start upgrading and adding to your home.

When we first moved into our first place we only had a bed, dressers, TV and a blow up bed.  We lived like that for MONTHS.  Then we started to get hand me downs.  Dining table and stuff like that I would check craigs list.  couches put word out to friends.

Also, watch freecycle.   Our entertainment center and china cabinet, along with some paintings came from there for free. 

 When we closed, we were also offered some hand me downs- coffee and end tables, kitchen tables, lamps, etc.
