Safe bet would be a crisp white shirt, and nude shoes. Either flats or heels would work.

I can't tell if it's navy or black, so whichever it is, just wear a plain black or navy tank or shirt with it. It would look super cute tucked in. These necklaces (http://shop.stelladot.com/style/b2c_en_us/shop/necklaces/necklaces-all/palamino-necklace.html and http://shop.stelladot.com/style/b2c_en_us/shop/necklaces/necklaces-all/n293r.html) would look GORGEOUS with it because it would bring out the red/coral hues and really pop. Pop of color is so trendy right now! Which you obviously know because the skirt is color blocked!
