Does your DH have an embarrasing hobby? LOL!
My DH loves to play Magic the Gathering. LOL! From what he tells me it's very interesting and intellectually challenging...I have never tried it (I don't think I ever will).
Anyway I am thankful for his hobbies and that he is going to a Magic tournament lol cuz I am in full pms-***-stressed-beast mode so we would only fight if he were home.
EDIT: I am annoyed that the site edits swears, we are all adults here....so yea. I am feeling like a B--tch.

My H plays computer video games. I am not really embarrassed by it, just annoyed at times.
Sorry you are stressed!

Over the years I've learned Magic caters to all age groups. My husband has been into it since we met nearly 10 years ago and is headed to a tournament this weekend. It does make for an incredibly expensive hobby though and we have had to talk about it at times. However, to his credit he is just as interested in selling cards as playing and we've made money on his buying and selling.
It makes him happy and I figure we all have our quirks
My husband would LOVE LOVE LOVE to have this job!!! He is a big hunter and loves guns, we have a black bear rug on our floor he killed in Canada. I would love for him to do this or know someone who does so he could learn. Where did he learn from?
My husbands hobbies are just guns, shooting guns, safety classes and playing his xbox. They don't bother me though I just wish they were cheaper:)
I feel your pain, my husband plays MTG, too. Also D&D. And various other types of pen and paper, multi sided dice, role-playing board games.
I don't suggest you play them. SO BORING! DH has tried to show me how to play these games more times than I can count and I always lose interest within the first five minutes and end up admiring the illustrations on the cards.
The first time I ever actually met my DH he was playing MTG in high school (we didn't date in HS), I guess I knew what I had gotten myself into!
Naw, I've been to these geek-fest tournaments for MTG. There are people of all ages there, 7-70. Some of the younger ones are really competitive and end up winning big money for college.
I feel kind of embarrassed too when I explain it to other people but then I think about how my hubby feels when I do embarrassing stuff in front of him and others. He never judges my interests, he may not like them, but he never judges me.
DH taught me how to play years ago when we started dating. It's actually a lot of fun. We also play video games and Dungeons & Dragons.
At least we share are embarrasing habits, I suppose!
My habits that embarrass him would probably be my addiction to shows like Say Yes to the Dress and The Vampire Diaries.
