What would be your must haves in a laundry redo? We have a fairly large room that will serve as laundry / 1/2 bath / freezer / storage. The toilet is in its own little closet under the stairs (door to the right) and that must remain the same. The rest can change.
The washer and dryer have to be in there as well as a storage cabinet that is large (41x30" fitting it in is the entire reason we are redoing the room) and sink. I would like to keep the freezer in there as well if possible.
Any Ideas?

Re: Redoing our Laundry PIP
Things I would like in a laundry room:
- good lighting
- cupboard space to keep detergents/cleaning products/etc including vacuum and brooms
- hanging space to keep hangers and then to hold hung up items
- perm drying rack space (if possible, or a folding rack and place to put it ideally near a hvac vent to speed drying)
Overall I would like a lot of cupboards so I could put stuff AWAY and not have to see all the junk that a laundry room entails
