Rec your die-cut machine please...
Hi there,
I'm a new crafter and love making fabric flowers for my little girl's hair. I'm looking for a simple inexpensive die-Cut machine. I'm thinking under $60? My hands ache from cutting circles by hand! Lol!
TIA!
Angel
Re: Rec your die-cut machine please...
If you are just cutting circles, maybe get a punch instead of a machine?
I have the Silhouette machine, but it is about $200.
A punch for fabric? Would be great, but I've never come across one.
Thanks!
The Fiskars punches will cut through a couple layers of thin (cotton quilting weight) layers at a time. They're in the scrapbooking section.
IMO what may be best for you is the Sizzix Big Shot- the machine is $60ish and the dies are $15-20, so it'll be $80 for an initial expenditure but you can probably get a bunch of cirles on one die and when you want to move to other shapes, it is easy to get new dies. Check Amazon and Overstock, they're cheaper than buying in store.
Stand up for something you believe in.
My brown eyed girl. :-)
Thanks everyone! I purchased the marga Stewart big circle cutter for $15 and jose fully this works. If not then the go baby! And big shot sound perfect!
Thanks again!
