Spa recommendations!
I have a spa finder gift card that I've been holding onto since Christmas. It's burning a hole in my pocket and I really need to treat myself. I've tried a few places in the area, Robert Andrews (but they don't take spa finder gift cards), Spa the Avenue (they do take, but I didn't really care for the massages I received there). I'm willing to drive if the it's worth it.

My Mom, sisters and I used to go to Turf Valley every year for an overnight girls' trip. I've had facials and body scrubs there and they were always excellent. I'm not a fan of massages, but my Mom and one of my sisters are, and they enjoyed those as well. I have no idea if they take Spa Finder and they're definitely a hike, but the service was excellent.
The Pearl at Maple Lawn has gotten some excellent reviews here, too. I'm dying to check that one out.
Spa in the Valley is way better than Spa on the Avenue. I have never had a good massage at the White Marsh location and on top of it, the services I have had at WM I found most of the techs to be unsocial. Not saying that I was someone who is giving me a massage to be chatty, but the 2 nail techs I had in WM were not very pleasant.
The Hunt Valley location has a Tuscan Room that you can use before and after too for no extra charge. There's a sauna, jetted pool, steam room and jetted showers...it makes it totally worth the drive there. Plus I just think their service overall is better (nicer and more attentive to customers). I think you should give the HV location a chance.
