so GO VOTE!!!! I will be glad when we know who our president will be and I stop seeing all the smear campaigns. I went by my polling place this am (DH and I are going together this afternoon) and there were probably 30 people at 6:15. WOW thats dedication! Have a great day ladies!

yeah i have heard the lines are already out the door! we get 2 hours in addition to our lunch to go vote...we had the option to come in 2 hours late, take a 3 hour lunch, or leave 2 hours early....i am so leaving early today! YES!

hopefully my polling place won't be out the door at 2 today!

I too am leaving early and DH is going to try and go with me.  I'm hoping the lines aren't bad either - I have to clean and pack tonight as I am traveling W-F and my sis and niece are in town this weekend!!!!

I work in GA and they had the option to vote early.  Seriously why wouldn't you have done that if you were given the option?!?!?!

I don't have to go to work until 1 today because of the election. (ah, yes, another late night at work.)

I'm trying to decide a time to go when the lines will be shortest... maybe 9 or 10 a.m.?

I'm waiting for FI to finish getting ready, and then we're going to head over.  I'm hoping since we'll be going at an 'off' time the lines won't be too bad.  Oh well - if they are, we can spend more time together!

We are off today because of the election!  So me and DH are going together after lunch before he has to go in to work.  I'm hoping that the lines aren't too bad at 2pm. 

And yes I too am glad it's over with after today!

I got my vote in! Had to wait in line for an hour, but it was great to see so many people dedicated to doing the same!

DH and I went at 6:15 this morning. We waited in line for an hour, but I'm glad I got it over with. I've already enjoyed my freebie doughnut and coffee this morning! There's nothing like free breakfast on election day!

it was wild at my voting place this morning too.  I got there at 6:55 and had to wait in line for an hour!!

I voted this morning.  When I got to my polling place at 7am there was a line all the way out to the road.  It took me 25 mins to get in and out of there.  It looks like there is going to be a huge voter turnout this time.

I went at eight and didn't have to wait at all.  My polling place was the mall so maybe people were waiting to vote until the stores opened.

I got my free coffee and doughnut.  It was good.  I'm not sure if I'll get the free Chick-Fil-A, but it's tempting.

We voted!  There were quite a few people there, but no lines.  YAY for living in a small town!

We got to our polling place at 6:30 and there were easily 200 people in line already.  The good news is that once the doors opened at 7:00 things moved quickly and we were out of the there by 7:30.

Been there, done that and got the sticker early this morning. The crows were huge and the line was way out the door but the line moved quickly and we were done.

I just got back from voting.  Had to wait an hour but it was great to see so many people exercising their right to vote.  The news was there and interviewing one of the poll workers doing the count.  He said that there had already been 1500 people that had voted at that one poll place at 10 AM!!!  What a turnout!!!
