What are the pro boards?

I rarely get a chance to pop in here these days but have noticed that the board is dead. I didn't realize there was a change...fill me in please! TIA!

I just popped on last night too after a hiatus. From what I can tell, TN was doing a bunch of changes, some people's accounts got deleted, posts were being deleted, etc. So most of the ladies went to the proboard, which is basically just a side message board. Too much for me to keep up with. So I plan on staying. Ha.

Back in March the local boards all switched to that new format, I think you've been around to see it Sunnytrees, but probably not dlast09.  We'd been having trouble with disappearing posts, post counts, etc ever since.  The Nest was aware of all the problems the local boards were having, but went ahead a few weeks ago with changing the National boards to the new format too.  When that happened more & more posts were disappearing, usernames were changing for no reason, etc.  The board decided to start the free proboards board since this one was so unreliable.  The Nest went back to the old format about a week later because it was such a disaster & so many users had left.  Unfortunately, most of the ladies have decided not to come back and are staying on the new proboards board.

The local is here (see link below).  You have to create a login and activate to be able to see it - but it seems different also - not the same as the open board.  I check both about once a day now...there and here.

The national boards mostly moved too, but that is public so you don't have to have a login account to see everything...

Yeah I was around a little when they changed, but right after I was MIA.

I signed up with the proboards. But not sure how often I will check them. I have too many boards to check already ha.
