I ended up sticking a frozen casserole in the oven. I *think* it's chicken and rice. One of my sweet coworkers brought it by after Graham was born...and it's been sitting in the freezer for awhile. We'll see!

I put chicken, a packet of ranch dressing mix, and frank's buffalo sauce in the crockpot. I'll make sandwiches and maybe baked potato for the side.

I had a grilled steak salad with avocado, lime, Greek yogurt (instead of sour cream), and salsa. Yum!

Last night we had this:http://fastpaleo.com/paleo-orange-chicken/ <-- I just made some broccoli with it. Next time I'm going to cook extra chicken to keep in the fridge, I think it'd be really good to have on hand for a quick salad or something.

Tonight we're having steak and veggies. I need quick and easy dinners on CF nights.

last night I made the kids pasta.  I really need to motivate myself to get to the grocery store today because in my fridge is some cheese, 2 mangos, 2 apples, and avocado, some onions, 1/2 a gallon of milk and beer.  I don't want to have to create a dinner for them out of that
