June is here. I feel like I missed all of May.
Re: June 5th Randoms
Bummer on the radio quitting on you. I just donated one to goodwill this weekend because we haven't used it in 4 years or so.
So yesterday was insane for me. Worked on both the biz and home stuff all day. 2 clients had appointments and then there was the research of other clients who are wanting to buy new machines.
Does anyone have a recommendation for a summer blanket? Our Queen size comforter is to hot for DH and he isn't sleeping throughout the night b/c he will wake up over heating and then later again he is freezing. I need something that breathes but still keeps the chill off.
Good morning. I have finally visited the amazing store that is Horrocks. My friend and I went yesterday morning with our youngest kids. We bought some peanut butter, some produce, and a few veggie plants. My friend is planting her very first garden right now, and I'm so happy to be a coach for her.
We had a terrific salad w/ our own lettuce and carrots last night.
Willa's last day of school is Friday, which means Henry and I are getting in a lot of good one-on-one time inthe next few days.
TW - Have you tried listening to the online steam in the meantime? I'm pretty sure it's free at WGRD.com.
Deeder - No recs exactly, I just use a sheet and a cheap old blanket (I think inherited from my parents at some point) and ditch the down comforter.
GRSP - Yay for your first Horrocks visit! I love that place but it's so far from where I live I rarely get out there.
And speaking of gardening, we are venturing into a small herb garden. We are getting some over the rail deck planters and will plant a few herbs we use a lot and hope for the best. :-)
Good morning,
B signed on for a special project at work so he's working even more for the next month and a half :-|. I should be ok with this seeing as how I take the bar at the end of next month. But... I can only study so much before it's just words on a page, you know?
I think I'll go to the library this afternoon, just to get out of here.
Yummy and great food!
Happy Birthday tomorrow!! Woo hoo
Do you mean GRKaters?

Thanks!
Yes!! There is it! LOL, thank you. I've been missing catching up on her blog!
Either asparagus stuffed chicken with steamed broccoli, or frozen pizza. Depends on what time we get back from seeing a friend's new baby at the hospital.
Horrocks is awesome. We go there a lot because we are right around the corner from them.

WOP,
How about Bagger Daves for a burger. It isn't locally owned, but it's not a national chain. There are a few in the east side.
