Anyone use BioSpot for cats?

Sorry for another flea control post - it appears that there are tons of them these days!  Some folks mentioned earlier that Frontline wasn't working very well for them, and I'm not overly impressed with it.  I was thinking about switching to BioSpot, but I know nothing about it.  Any other brands of topical flea control that folks care to recommend?  TIA!

Re: Anyone use BioSpot for cats?

  • really don't recommend it. At all.

If frontline isn't working look into Revolution or Advantage Multi.

  • No.  Its been linked to deaths, seizures, etc.

  • Holy cr@p, I'm glad I asked!  Thank you!
  • if you buy frontline form a vet and use it every single month and are still getting fleas, call Merial. they will pay for treatment and clean up but only if the product was purchased through a veterinarian. if your cat has fleas, get some capstar, it kills adults in 30 minutes and apply Revolution or advantage.

    good luck
