Need Help With Cake Filling!!
Hello Ladies!
My SIL has a birthday coming up this weekend and I want to make a chocolate cake with a Reese's filling. Any idea on how I could go about doing it? Would I just take the candy and melt it down or would I make up my own filling to make it taste like the candy?
TIA!

What if you just used Reese's peanut butter?

Wilton has a pretty good peanut butter filling. I've used it to make homemade peanut butter cups. It's the closest I've found to Reese's. You can substitute creamy peanut butter for the chunky if you want a smooth filling.

Good luck!
