What should I serve with tomato soup?
We have homemade tomato soup that we need to use up. I'd like to have something with it besides a grilled cheese sandwich. Any ideas? PS I don't have anything to make a salad and don't want to run to the store.

Re: What should I serve with tomato soup?
I love soup and sandwiches. How about a fancy sandwich of some sort (beyond a grilled cheese) on a panini press if you have one. Chicken, spinach, roasted red peppers, aioli, on nice bread (ciabatta).
Also, I might also be tempted to make homemade pizza with it. You could make a regular pep and cheese. Or one with some spinach, cheese, chicken maybe a little bit of onion/tomato. You could substitute the tomato base with pesto instead to make your meal less tomatoey.
