Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Reduction Tuesday!
Well it's been in the making a while and it's finally happening on Tuesday! If you've had this done I'd love ANY suggestions you may have. Such as how long it took to get back into normal day to day things. Such as showering, moving around, driving, sex, etc. I was even curious about things I may need or things you didn't think you'd need and wish you had. I've asked my doctor most of the basic questions but nothings better than someone who's actually had it done. It would mean so much if anyone can help!
