Kitchen accent color ideas?
I will try to keep this brief, as I tend to over-explain everything 
My kitchen is boring. I need a good accent color for some window treatments and a centerpiece.
Kitchen colors are all very neutral with hints of peach, and a little grey. Cabinets are medium oak, pulls are gold (not my choices for the record).
Don't want green, I am bored with it (just switched a lot from green when we moved from our old house). Don't want red/yellow/orange because I have a lot of those colors in other rooms. Don't want neutral either because it needs some brightening in there.
Any ideas for a good accent color or pattern?
