Recipes using tomatoes and jalapenos...
We have an abundance of cherry tomatoes and jalapenos from our garden. Can someone share a recipe or give me some ideas as to what I can make using these other than salsa? Something maybe with chicken or beef...

DH loves when I make jalapeno poppers. I halve and seed the peppers and boil them for about 5 min. to take some of the spice out. Then I melt cream cheese in the microwave and fill each pepper. Wrap each pepper half in half a strip of bacon and bake at 350 until the bacon is crispy. They are delish!
If you're looking for a recipe to use both tomatoes and jalapenos, what about gazpacho?
