So I just got a new job in Lakewood. My job requires me to build a clientele, and I know absolutely NOTHING about the area.
If anyone has suggestions on where I can go to meet people on Thursdays, Fridays, or Saturdays I would appreciate it!
If anyone has other ideas on how to get my name out there I am all ears!!

I just realized I have no recent pictures of me or the kids! Guess I need to get the camera out!
Re: AW: New job in Lakewood!
How exciting. I live in Lakewood. I could maybe help as I know some people. As far as meeting people, IDK off hand.
What is it that you do?
Congrats!
Thanks! I am an esthetician and massage therapist. I also do eyelash extensions.
The first thing I thought of was hitting up the bars in Belmar, like Baker Street and Elephant Bar. There is also a farmers market in Belmar every Sunday.
There are a few festivals, etc. sprinkled throughout the year.
Also check out the City's website, they have a list of events for the cultural center that might work too.
good luck! Congrats on the new job!
Thanks, I will check that out!
Holy cow, we're going to have a little sister!!
Idea-My friend just started her own business doing on site hair and make up. She paired with a photographer and has booked every weekend in June so far. She isn't in Lakewood, so that might be an idea if you are interested. I am happy to provide your contact information on TK on the CO and CO-Denver Board. Let me know. I think the Bel-Mar idea is good. Maybe hit up the local colleges/businesses with fliers?
Another idea: advertise on Craigslist?
