Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Eastern Market is always worth the trip. It can get busy but it's never really overcrowded. As pp said not all the stuff is necessarily local though. Lots of good restaurants and other shops to check out in the area. The Gratiot Market is just over the freeway from Eastern Market (connected by a pedestrian walkway)- has great fresh meat vendors.
The Royal Oak Farmer's market is nice too. They are open year round on Saturdays and have a second market day on Fridays during the summer. They also have an antiques market there on Sundays.
