Interdigital Cysts/Furuncle

I posted last week about a bump in between my dog's back paw. It looks like an interdigital cyst (furuncle). She's walking & running like normal but I know it's painful to the touch.

I've read plenty online about treating it at home like epsom salt soaks, hemorrhoid cream, wrapping it, etc.. She has her annual wellness visit at the vet next week, but I'd like to take care of it as much as possible at home. I've been doing some of the suggested treatments, and keeping it clean. I've read that some people actually drained it by removing the ingrown hair. If that's necessary, I'll leave that to the Vet.

I was wondering if anyone here has dealt with it, what worked for you to take care of it, and how long it took. TIA!
