Hello friends ^_^, I was once a knottie... but I have since decided to come over to the dark side of the nest. I chose this board to start because, well, I've gained some post-wedding weight that is making me feel pretty darn awful about myself. I figured I'd come say hello, make some friends, and hopefully feel supported and supportive and actually finally make some progress.
Here's what I'm doing:
- I've started a kinect work out routine that I do 30 - 45 mintues a day of Your Shape: FE 2012. Also, I do some Just Dance occasionaly.
- Trying really really hard to not be a couch potato. This the hardest part.
- My diet is useless, I feel like I struggle with this more than anything. I ahve a heath problem to restricts my ability to intake the typical "health" foods, and everything else just tastes like butt. The more I don't eat sweets the more I crave them. I just can't WIN.
Well, that was a lengthy intro. Hope to stick around to get to know you all.
