Okay, so I put in the number of days of my cycle..and the date of my last cycle..and viola..i ovulated 2 weeks ago..how does this help me?? The date has past..how am I supposed to figure out future ovulation dates?? I was just trying tk's app because I have a tracker on my phone through the mydays app..

 

Has anyone given thought to this? or just having fun the good ol fashion way?

If you have pretty regular cycles then you should be ovulating approx 14 days before your next period is due.  That being said, this is for someone with regular cycles and perfect luteal phases.  You can try tracking your temps with a basal body therm for a few cycles and that will give you a better idea of if and when you are ouvlating

I have heard there tracker isnt very good.  I use period tracker on my phone ir fertilty friend.

EPT has a good app for that.

fertilityfriend.com is cool, they have an app that syncs with their website and it estimates your ovulation.  i just started taking basal temps to more accurately estimate ovulation.  it's pretty neat and a very informative site.  we're doing it to NOT get pregnant, which they tell you not to do... but... well... you know :-P

my cycle only last 3 days..sometimes it lingers a 4th day...so I'll try counting and hopefully the app works (not the TK one though)..lol
