Faux Beams?
Hi All.
They use these on ABC's Extreme Home Makeover. They are faux wooden beams for ceilings and they come in various styles, colors and "wood" types.
Have any of you seen them in real life? Thoughts? Do they look real or just cheapo?

Our builder just completed a custom home with them. They were crafted by his woodworking guys that make all the moldings for his homes.
They are not my style but I thought his looked nice if it is the look nicely done and I think the important part is if they blend with the moldings.
