Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

We got approved!
I mostly lurk around here, but I have to post today because I am so excited. We heard back from our loan agent today and we got approved for the full amount that we wanted! All along I have been trying not to get my hopes up too much because there seems to be so many uncertainties and wait-and-see things with this process, but the news today has felt great. Sorry, just wanted to share
