Weight watcher

they have me on 29 points a day and its driving me crazy!. i feel like i can only eat either breakfast and lunch or lunch and dinner. theres not enough points for everything! only on day 4...wish me luck!

  • Eat more fruits and veggies. They don't cost any points (IIRC) and they'll help get you through those hungry times between meals. Carrots, apples, celery, bananas... they're all pretty portable and good for you. And try to cut back on portion sizes for each meal so you can have 3 real meals a day.

    Good luck! Keep with it! The constantly hungry feeling does go away. Its not forever.

  • It gets easier I promise!! Are you drinking enough water? Water can help curb hungry cravings!!
  • I'm a lifetime WW at my goal weight. I lost when we had 29 points a day and I averaged -1.5 lbs for -55 lbs.  Plan 4 meals a day.  High protein foods are good--Greek yogurt, eggs, chicken, cottage cheese, protein powder for smoothies.  I could do only 1 banana a week, 3 fruits a day or I didn't loose.  I also eat clean(rarely anything from a factory, definitely nothing from a box)), I don't eat flour, and I don't eat out.  Be sure you do get your 2t of EVOO every day.

    You have the discretionary points for a reason.  Use them.  Eventually, you get to a point where you don't feel like you're starving all the time.  I promise.
