J and I got a BFFP on Friday! 
Called the dr and got my blood drawn yesterday...my levels are at 22,300!! Exxxcellent!
Then I started spotting last night. 
Nothing heavy at all. And no cramps but it's still really scary.
Today we had our first ultrasound and saw the gest. sac as well as the yolk sac..everything looks great. The spotting is still there though it seems to be coming and going.
If you girls could send us all the spare nestie vibes you can that this pregnancy is THE one for us!
