Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Venting
Ok so my boss' 4 year old daughter is at work with us on Monday's and Tuesday's...her grandma is the only one who can watch her those days. So yesterday and today she has been being the BIGGEST brat ever. I'm so not in the mood for it today and she's driving me crazy.. " I want candy, I want this, I want that" ok just because your mom spoils you to death doesn't mean I am. She screams, she yells, she throws tantrums, etc. which I'm not sure but that sounds like a 4 year old right? ( I dont' know ) Ok, well when your trying to work and talk to a client on the phone, that just doesn't fly with me. I yelled at her today to sit down and be quiet because I had a potential client on the phone who couldn't hear anything I was saying because of her screaming and throwing tantrums...does her grandma tell her to be quiet, oh no...
ok vent over. I feel a little better now.

I agree, do you remember when you were a 4yr old, did you want to be stuck in the office? Probably not, she is probably incredibly bored, and looking for some entertainment.
