How is your sister?  I'm assuming no news is good news?  I'm hoping...

Thanks for asking. She's good actually.  Apparently she had her weeks mixed up and she's actually already 24 weeks, so we're past that milestone. Her dr came in to see her a few minutes ago and did an ultrasound.  He saw that she did lose A LOT of fluid but that her body is continuing to produce more. She's not leaking that much so whatever she makes, hopefully it will continue to build up for the baby.  They are pushing fluids on her like crazy so that Cooper can produce urine for the amniotic fluid. She's really just racing against time.  As of now, she's just sitting in the hospital. She's not hooked up to anything.  They come once or twice a day to check Cooper's heartbeat and make sure it sounds healthy.  She's in regular clothes. They want her to make the room as "homey" as she can. My job is to take some pictures of our families and take them up to her room. The dr said the more comfortable she is, the more her body will likely remain pregnant and the baby will keep cooking.  As of right now its just day by day. It's hard to tell what's going to happen but we're still hanging in there. Again, thanks for asking!

That is a good thing about having mixed up the weeks.  Puts her that much closer to a better point!  I had no idea your body could produce more fluid after the water breaks, if need be.  Interesting to learn.  Hope she can feel as comfortable as possible at the hospital.

I've been MIA and I'm just catching up on posts. Glad to hear things are looking better for your sister, and sending lots of thoughts, prayers and vibes to her, Cooper, you and your whole family!!!!

Lol im sure she wont mind the madness as long as the baby is healthy and safe. But, this is her 5th child. She hasnt had quiet time in a VERY long time. I guess I never told you girls that her youngest is 15, soooo this was not a planned pregnancy. Her eldest child is almost 22. She got pregnant going through menopause so Cooper is already a miracle baby.
