yeah, I think I am in shock and disbelief b/c I can't even cry.
she decided she didn't want the headache and financial burden if the HVAC has to be replaced in the near future and didn't want to deal w/the fees of getting out of her lease and anything else that would come up that would have to be replaced.
UH HELLO IDIOT - it's called HOME OWNERSHIP!!! ugh. some people.
My mom thinks this is just God having a better plan for us b/c this woman never seemed (as she said and she's a marriage and family therapist and doesn't know this woman) "stable" LMAO.
ugh, I'm just in complete and utter shock.
