Clenz Philly
I know Kel and a few others on here use them and I was thinkng about trying them out. I know this question may sound silly, but what exactly do they clean in each room generally (especially bathroom and kitchen)? Will they mop the basement floor also (our basement is semi-finished)? TIA!

Here is a list of everything they do but it's pretty much basic stuff- dusting, mopping vacuuming, etc. The first cleaning is usually a little longer though so just keep that in mind too. And yes, they will mop the basement floors if you want, ours is semi finished too so they dust and mop just the front half, the back area is a disaster area so I don't even let them in there.
Remember you are paying by the hour so pretty much they will do anything cleaning wise you want or need them to do, you will just be paying for it. I try to tidy up and put things in piles since the less they have to move the quicker they will be. Also cash is king
And to give you an idea, my house is LR/DR/EI kitchen, three bedrooms, 1.5 bath, half basement and it takes about 2 hours for a regular monthly cleaning. I think the first was 3-3.5
