October 2011 Weddings
Dear Community,

Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Day 11

Overall loss of 6.2 lbs so far. 

This week's challenge is run 15 miles by Sunday night. I've been doing 3 a day, right after bootcamp in the morning. The past few days I was exhausted and taking long naps in the afternoon. Today, I'm feeling a lot more energy and the running is getting easier as I go. I will still likely take a nap when the kiddo does, but not as long.

Im thinking of canceling the gym portion of my membership and continue with the running. But, might wait a few months because of the heat and all.
