Trade/draft talk starts!
Rumor has it that Lamar Odom is going to the Clippers (don't worry, they'll still be the Clippers..) and the Thunder are rumored to be getting rid of Harden.
If you could have any player come to your team, even if they aren't available, who would you want?
Personally, I want Tyson Chandler back with the Dallas Mavericks. If he could bring Dwight Howard with him, that would be lovely. Defitely not happening, but a Mavs fan can dream.
Re: In other NBA news...
I am happy with Kyrie in Cleveland, that being said it would take another miracle for us to even be competitive again. Hoping Gilbert has something up his sleeve and realizes one big superstar *Lebron* is not worth the money or the hype. Basketball is a team sport!
Even when Lebron played for the Cavs, my favorite Cleveland player was always Anderson Varejao or Mo Gotti. I've always been of the impression that "King James" is over-rated, too, and I hope the next player the Cavs gets gives the respect that the team/city deserves.
I hope not, that city loves him!
It's just a rumor for now, so it will be interesting to see what happens.
Hopefully it's not a Lakers/Pau Gasol thing where it becomes an awkward "hey I know you want me gone..." situation. Yikes.
As much as I can't stand the guy - Dwight Howard would be amazing for the Celtics. Since we traded Perk we have really been hurting for a big guy.
Realistic dream - I just want us to lock up Ray Allen again. Although, I take it a little too personally when players shop around and I'm not happy that he's looking at Miami (and he didn't do much for us this season) - I'd love for him to stay in Boston.
