What a week

HI Ladies!

I've been working mad hours this week and haven't had time to pop in and check up on everyone. Hope you all had a good week.

Have to catch up on housework- here's a question. What household chore do you dislike the most?

Mine is a tossup between the vacuuming and putting away laundry. I don't mind the washing and drying- hate the folding and putting away.

I second the putting the laundry away... I hate doing the bathroom floors the most. They have a very deep grout, you can't just mop, you have to scrub with a brush. I used to HATE cleaning the bathtub till I found the vinegar & dawn solution (it is a home-made miracle)!

Putting laundry away is my most hated chore. We got our new dresser 2 weeks ago and I still haven't put anything in my drawers, haha.

I am SO going to have to try this. I have been putting off scrubbing out our standing tub because it is such a PITA to do. Hope this works!

Is it wrong to say everything?! Doing the dishes is probably my least favorite b/c I'm really picky about how clean the dishes are (to the point that it's an unhealthy obsession), so it takes FOREVER to do. Eventually, I get distracted and stop after 5 or 6 items. H has been unemployed for the last year, so he's taken over most of the chores and I really haven't done anything in a while. As soon as he goes back to work, I'm hiring a housekeeper. I've never lived without one until we moved in together and he insisted that it's an unnecessary expense. Now that he's seen how messy I am and how little I clean, he's jumped on the housekeeper bandwagon

Putting laundry away. Our "guest" bedroom looks like the hamper exploded. I bring the clothes up, and they either sit in the hamper while the dirties go on the floor and stuff piles on the bed as needed. Sometimes I empty the hamper for the dirty clothes, but the clean stuff rarely gets put away. It drives me nuts! But, I'm lazy when it comes to putting this stuff away. The rest of the house is clean.

I'm weird, I like to vacuum. The house feels so clean after! And we have two cats, so the hair really piles up. I can't wait to get rid of the carpet.

Definitely folding and putting away laundry! Vacuuming is a close second for me.

I am a weird OCD "I love to clean" kind of person" I like to vacuum, do laundry and put away the dishes (I know I am a freak!) but I really hate cleaning the bathroom the most. I think it's because the shower and toilet are so awkward to clean and they need to be clean the most. It's not an easy thing to clean.

I hate washing dishes..it grosses me out and seems to take forever! The dishwasher is my best friend. I also don't like cleaning toilets. Other than that, I don't mind cleaning. I like vacuuming, dusting, etc.
