Sorry I haven't posted the past few days! Again, if anyone needs to chat, feel free to post if I don't!
I've been bad the past two days and have gone over my calorie goal 
However, the heat's supposed to be breaking in New England so hopefully I can get working out back on track!
How's everyone else doing?
Re: diet discussions
I'm not counting calories, but I am trying to be more observant of what I eat. I have been eating less, and more veggies and fruit. When I make my lunch for work, I make sure I have fruit, carrots and grapes to munch on, yogurt. I like wheat thins instead of chips, and make my sandwhich with whole grain wheat bread. And water.
I seriously need to start working out again. It's been too hot and humid this week to really be outside, but it looks like it will be back in the 80s, so that will be better to be outside and take our walks again.
I have a cold/allergies and an ear infection, which is actually making me less hungry but I'm also not able to do much exercise....I'm wiped out from being sick!
I hope, that once I'm feeling better, I can start walking every day after work!
