Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Trying to lose the last 15 pouds of baby weight from my second child (the second time REALLY is so much harder than the first!). From the looks of the website, it seems like it would be great -- 15 min high intensity interval workouts, all kinds of healthy meal and snack ideas, etc but i'm skeptical. Has anyone tried it? thoughts? I like the idea of the very short workout, and having meal/snack plans right in front of you so you don't have to think about it, but want to see if it really is as good as it seems....
