Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

My boss is a wreck! (vent)
I work at a hotel, and my boss wants to hire some more people. I work at the front desk in the lobby, and it's me and my 2 coworkers.
When You go to a hotel, you usually see 3 or 4 people at the front desk. My boss is saying that we need 3 MORE PEOPLE to work the front desk. She thinks that since we've been getting more business since it's summer that we need help.
Um, HELLO? I've worked in the hotel business for 5 years, and I've gotten through some of the worst times. And she knows this too! My coworkers are very experienced too, but she just doesn't believe in us.
Think about what it would be like having 6 people working a 8.5 foot long desk! It would be so hectic and cramped, and I know that she's not gonna get a bigger desk.
My coworkers agree, and we're threatening to leave.
