That was the most scary storm I have ever witnessed. I hope everyone is ok!

Cooking with Crouton: A Food Blog
We're okay but still without power. M is at my parents'. It's hot as hell and I miss my shower and working toilet!! (We're on a well, so no power also means no water.)
Yesterday morning I was all "it's an adventure!" but now I'm completely over it. We're supposed to have a huge crowd over for the 4th and don't know if we need to cancel. Obviously we can't keep anything in the fridge/freezer that we would need to buy, can't do much to get the house ready or cook.
SIL's family is supposed to be staying with us starting tomorrow and we may need to cancel that too.
Ugh.

Thank you so much! You are too sweet. We are trying to hold down the fort but if we need to give in we will probably head to my parents', where M is. I really truly appreciate the offer though. You are too kind.
