OCM for washing your face
...for your face. How often do you do it?
There doesn't seem to be a "Do it every day; Every other day; once a week" on any site I find. What do you do in your personal experience?
All I could find is they say to not do it too often. Now, I'm used to washing my face 2-3x a day, so already cutting down to only bedtime is "not often" for me.
TIA!~
Re: OCM for washing your face
erollis, thanks for replying! I'm still trying to wrap my head around the fact that my oily skin is less oily when washing with oil, too! It's a bit crazy!
I did 2 parts castor to 1 part sunflower oil (per the recipe on OCM.com) and it was actually kind of drying. I don't think my skin is as oily as I always thought while I was using the oil-free cleaners (clean and clear, neutrogena, etc)
It's my understanding that it'll take a week or so before the acne starts to go away, I have that same problem...but I can't help but pick at scabs on my face. I need to wear mittens for a couple weeks, it seems.
