During sex the other day my leg started to shake. It felt like when I was little and had a lot of energy but had to sit for dinner so Id shake my leg up and down and almost couldnt help it.

It was kinda cool until i moved too much and kinda got our rythm off a little. Not really complaining. Not worried either. Just wondering if thats normal...

not really sure if its normal or not, but i know that this happens to me too lol. I don't really have an explanation for it, except maybe he is hitting a nerve or something...

I think it could be a nerve thing as well. I have had this happen to me a few times too. I'm assuming it's normal somehow.

Scientifically, chemicals and hormones are released that cause your muscles to spasm. Typically, it will happen soon after orgasm.

This happens to me during or after REALLY GREAT sex. It's annoying, but definitely a good sign    Like PP said, it's related to the orgasm, and therefore nothing to worry about.

I've had this happen to me unrelated to orgasm. It was much prior to it. I think maybe it's related to a nerve since it only seems to happen during clitoral stimulation.
