Insanity questions

Before I buy this I wanted to know, is it a 7 day a week workout or do you get a day or two off? Do you continue a weight lifting schedule or just o the Insanity DVDs for the 60 days? If you've done it, did you follow the eating plan, if there is one, and do it give you good results? Last, can I do all the workouts in a small living room? Thanks.

Re: Insanity questions

  • It is a 6 day per week program so, you get 1 day off. Most people do just Insanity for the 60 days with no other added workouts, especially in the first round of the program. There is a meal plan but, I did not follow it. I have been a clean eater for years and I ate my regular clean foods. It is very possible to do the workouts in a small living room! Depending on how small the room is, you can modify a little to fit in the space you have.

If you have any more questions or would like support and motivation in your workout, send me a PM! Good luck!

  • I found that just by eating sensibly during the program I got great results.  I would recommend having a plan of action for after the program though because your cardio capacity will be huge, and your strength will be really improved.  You don't want to lose any of that :-)
