jewish names that start with an F?
Hoping you all could help. DH and I want to name our daughter after my grandmother Fances, but can't seem to agree on a name. I think we both like Faith and Fiona, but we're not sure if they're Jewish? I'm also not sure it flows with our common jewish last name either.
Thoughts or any other suggestions for names?
(I like Frances, and Farrah, and he likes Fleur and Filomenia - we're on opposite ends of the spectrum!)
Re: jewish names that start with an F?
I just googled and there are very few if any F names with Hebrew origin. Maybe you can do a different first name letter and just give her Frances as a middle name?

My parents needed an F and named me Freya. It's not of Hebrew origin, but most people assume it is.
If we needed an F for a girl, we would name her Fallon (or Fallyn).
