what's your fav sunscreen for summer?

now that it's summer, do you still wear moisturizer on your face and body everyday or just ss?

For face I rely on my BB cream.  For body I use whatever I have on hand for the baby--Neutrogena Pure & Free Baby or Aveeno Baby.  Always a MINERAL block, though, not a chemical one.

I love everything Shiseido for the face and SuperGoop for the body. both just melt on, no waiting for it to sink in or rub rub rub. but both are also on the $$$$.

 

*Neutrogena Sport Face isn't too sticky. I keep it for sports, etc. the water-proof face SPF 75. i used to wear it everyday before i discovered shiseido, now it feels thick to me but it never bothered me for years. def on the creamy side. and the aerosol for the body is great when i'm at the pool, etc.

This. I always look for titanium dioxide & zinc oxide as the active ingredients.

Peter Thomas Roth Uber Dry 30spf for my face.

Ombrelle Extreme for my body (has Mexoryl, glides on easier than LaRoche Posay but made by the same company, and half the price.  But must order online (available in Canada).

I use Juice Beauty SPF 30 Tinted Mineral Moisturizer Ivory for my face!  It is my favorite chemical free sunscreen!  I love how it gives me coverage with a SPF protection!

It was hard to find a mineral one for adults.  they were all for kids.  Am I missing something?

Ditto Dr Ts Supergoop, moisturizing, doesn't smell, blends immediately, non greasy. Totally worth the money.

There's nothing wrong with using kids!    But you might try a natural foods store. Desert Essence, Alba Botanica...Regular Aveeno Mineral-t's the pink one, not the purple bottle.

I think LaRoche-Posay is mineral, too.  It's what RecoveringActor said-look at the active ingredients. The bottle might not specify 'mineral' version.

I am using this. I really like it. I used to use just 15 SPF but I read that it needs to be 30 SPF.

For my face, I use bare minerals sunscreen tube thing. I like that I can reapply it throughout the day over my makeup. There is sunscreen in my moisturizer and my foundation, but its hard to use enough of those products to get good coverage, and its not like it would last all day. I can just throw the Bare minerals in my bag and reapply it every few hours. I also use it on the part of my hair, my neck and my decolletage

For body, I use whatever I have on hand for my kids, usually Neutrogena baby pure and free or something else mineral.
