Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I'm fairly bored at work too....I really wish I had taken some time off this week because it's so dead in here. Unfortunately, it's too late. Too many other people are taking time off (thurs and fri) so I have to stay in the office. Watched the Tour de France and took a bike ride! I haven't been on my bike for nearly a year, and it felt good to finally get back out and relieve a little stress. It was a bit of a slow ride, but I did it and I just pushed myself.
I have to work tomorrow and have Wednesday off. No plans for Wednesday as of yet. Definitly another ride is in order!
Oh! I also went to two banks to change my name! Yay!
i'm bumming around on TN wishing I was getting more work done at work! lol.
I wish I could be on TN at work. My work is crazy, and I think if I got caught on it, I could get fired. They are really wierd about personal internet use and I think they may monitor it. Once in awhile, I'll get on it, on my phone. I feel like I'm always so late to all the posts!

This, haha. I had to excuse myself in the middle of procedure today because I had to pee so bad I couldn't wait any longer! My "down time" (when it exists) consists of eating a snack for lunch & reviewing/doing notes in my charts.
