As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. What can I use to control my T.V. devices somewhere else?
We want to ditch the entertainment center. Out TV is mounted, the only thing we really have in the center is a TiVo box. I know Control 4 makes a product (I think a special remote) and you can control your TiVo even if it's in a closet or hooked up in the basement so there's less clutter in the living/family room. I called a Control 4 dealer and their starting package was right around $1000. That's definitely not worth it to me just to get my TiVo out of the family room. Are there any other comparable products cheaper? I can control our TiVo's from my iPhone as long as I'm in the house (though it's a PITA), is there anything else?
