re teh post below about Keratin treatments. ... did you talk to Jenny at all about getting a Japanese straightening perm?

I've had that a few times and have been happy w/ it, but I'm debating switching to Keratin instead.  I've been to Jenny 2x for cuts and been happy, I need to go get another relaxer though. She quoted me 260 cash for the Japanese.

Re: ~~hoosierterp~~

  • We did talk about that. She actually thought it would be better for me to get the Japanese straightening because I told her I wanted really straight hair. The keratin is more for frizz apparently. However, I am really happy with how my hair turned out. I don't really have curly hair to begin with though. It has cut down my drying time and actually stays straight out in this ridiculous heat!

Since I had the groupon I did the keratin, and I think I will stick with it (especially since it is a little cheaper). I am glad to hear you have been happy with her for haircuts. I am tired of driving all the way to Gaithersburg!
