Leetsdale splash pad?

Could someone give me some more info on this?  Are there certain times that the water is on?  Is it open to the public?

It is open to the public.  I'm not sure about what times the water is actually on but I did a google search and it says noon to 6 Monday through Friday but doesn't mention weekends.  We've always gone on a weekend day around noon and it's always been open.  There is a yellow post that you touch and the water comes on and then turns off after 10 minutes or so and you touch the button again the water comes back on.  We were waiting for the water to come on the first time we went and weren't sure what was wrong until we saw someone hit the "button".  The couple times we've been there, there's only been one or two other kids.

Thanks for the info.  That's odd that it wouldn't have weekend hours.  I had no idea there was a splash pad there.  I'm so excited to take the girls there.  Thanks for the heads up about the button!

Last summer we went a few times.  It is nice.

there is one in beechview too it is open on weekends.  I think it says Dusk on the sign but I could be wrong... I havent gone- they first summer they had to close and redo the floor cause it was too slippy.  My neighbors gone twice this summer and loves it...

I do  not believe it is open on weekends, bc it is too expensive to run.  Leetsdale is a small town, not a lot of finances.  They almost had to consider asking ppl a small fee to use it but voted against it...I believe a corporation footed the water bill.

Leetsdale is definitely open on weekends, just doesn't say that in the google searched article I found.  We have ONLY been there on weekends like I said in my initial post and it's never been closed.
