How to cut multi-colored designs with Cameo?
This feels like such a silly question, but I'm curious-- how do you cut a design that has multiple colors?
For example, I have an image of a sailboat and I'd like the boat to be brown, and the sails to be blue and white. Do I just ungroup the image in Silhouette Studio, then move each of the elements onto a new document so that they are sorted by color? Then once everything is cut out, reassemble the design?
(I'm using vinyl, but assume the process would be the same with an other media.) TIA!

Re: How to cut multi-colored designs with Cameo?
Since I didn't get a response & I wanted to go ahead & start on my project-- I ungrouped the image, then moved all of the shapes of the same color to one side of the document, then moved the other colors to the other side. Then, I cut my vinyl and placed it on the mat according to the measurements of my designs. It cut perfectly, then I reconstructed the design.
