What should we put there??
I bought a home close to my cousin's and there's these disgusting shrub things that we've decided should leave. We're going to take them and the nasty wood chips out and get rid of them, but then we're left with an empty spot by the walk way. We were wondering what we should put there?
P.S.- We live in L.A.
Re: What should we put there??
By our walkway, in a platform-like planter, was the shrubs. It had logs around the edges, kind of like a frame. We've taken out the shrubs and wood chips and now we have an empty planter. We're having a hard time getting a good enough picture to show you. I found a picture on the internet that looks like what we have. It looks like this only instead of dirt and a bench next to it there's a cement pathway with lilacs on the other.

I don't think I want to plant lilacs on the other side. I was wondering if anyone knew what we could put on the other side.
