it's a bit of a bummer. The central FL TK board was dead when I was on there, and now I'm on TN and it's dead, too. 57 views, that means people are out there, just no one wants to post
H and I took some dance lessons in downtown Lakeland and it was super fun! there's also some cute little restaurants and pubs. other than that you're gonna have to drive to Orlando or Tampa. I'm obsessed with Groupon and Living Social that way I'm always finding new things to do.
Most date nights with Hubby we go to the movie theater I work at. We are boring. :<

I just moved to Palm Harbor from Los Angeles. My husband grew up around here but I'm originally from LA. Any tips on what to do to keep myself busy and hopefully meet new friends out here?
-Silver Moon Drive-In - $4/person for a double feature
-Publix Aprons Cooking School - Couples Classes
-Farmers Market - Downtown Lakeland on Saturdays
-Fort Frasier Trail - Biking
-DiOGi Park - Dog Park
-Bok Tower Gardens in Lake Wales
-Tigers game in the spring and minor league games
over 1,000 views! apparently we want the thread to take off! downtown lakeland is fun, there are some cool bars around there. we might (hopefully) be moving to Winter Garden, H applied for a job out there, we should here something this week.
